    Location: St. Peter, MN 
    Size: 23,000 sq.ft. | 60 units

    Commercial Construction Projects 

    Capital Lofts is a shining example of how commercial construction projects can directly address community needs. This multifamily housing project was developed in St. Peter, MN to provide modern, comfortable living spaces in an area that needed new residential solutions. With 57 units, Capital Lofts offers residents a perfect blend of luxury and convenience. 

    The design emphasizes open layouts, high-end finishes, and community-centered amenities. Key features include scenic balconies, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. One of the standout aspects of this project is the rooftop patio, providing residents with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The project was completed on time and fully occupied within three months, underscoring the region’s pressing demand for quality housing. Capital Lofts has quickly become a cornerstone of the St. Peter community. 

    2. The Picklr

    Project Type: Athletic Facilities
    Location: Blaine, MN 
    Size: 26,314 sq.ft.

    Transforming a vacant big box store into a thriving hub for pickleball enthusiasts, The Picklr project in Blaine, MN, was a rewarding challenge. This project was all about adaptive reuse – taking a space that had outlived its original purpose and giving it new life through innovative design and craftsmanship. 

    The Picklr is more than just one of our commercial construction projects; it’s an award-winning community space that brings people together. Featured in the Midwest Home Design Awards 2024, this project showcases our commitment to excellence. Our construction team worked closely with stakeholders to ensure the new facility met the needs of the growing pickleball community, incorporating high-performance flooring, spectator seating, and LED lighting to enhance the playing experience.     3. Tourtellotte Pool

    Size: 6,000 sq.ft. Bathhouse Remodel and 2,880 sq.ft Pool Equipment and Storage Building

As one of the oldest public pools in the area, it required significant updates to meet modern safety and accessibility standards.     4. Siesta Hills Clubhouse
