But even simply providing a few couches next to a big window will give your employees a place where they can sit and relax for a few minutes at the end of the day or during their lunch break.
Promoting better mental health for your employees is always going to be a positive experience for everyone involved. Your employees will be able to do better work, and they’ll be happier about their job.
2. Multipurpose Workspaces
Multipurpose spaces are becoming more and more valuable as real estate becomes more expensive. There’s always the classic flex space but try to be more creative than that. You can offer a lounge area that doubles as a meeting space or a conference room that can be used as workstations when there aren’t any big meetings. The goal is to make things usable and to always be utilizing your space.
3. Plants and “Nature” Incorporated
